PAINTING: LAYERS OF EXPRESSION
An exploration of paint and surface allows for a wide range of expression. A clay pot can be a 3D painting. Paint on a particular ground can suggest a mosaic.
SCULPTURE: THEMES OF SHARED HUMAN EXPERIENCE
Marina's sculpture is concerned with themes of common human experience. Her experimental approach emphasizes recycling materials—using found objects and repurposing items.
